The shameful incident that occurred on Sunday, May 18, on a public transport bus in Ramat Gan, caused widespread indignation and put the Israeli police to his feet. The 24-year-old Palestinian attacked 29-year-old Tamar Galliduani, a soldier of Israel’s defense forces (IDF).
On the recordings of the surveillance cameras you can see how the 24-year-old goes from the back to a woman sitting on the bus, and then spits her in the face and escapes. The 29-year-old in an interview with the media explained that the man first sat next to her and listened to music very loudly while traveling. When she switched to another place, he came up to her and unexpectedly spat her in the face.
