The Republic’s voter is likely to see the main difference between the direction and party of his choice in that the republic is not ruled and opposed to the « system ». Although Robert Fico has also created his system he can fight against: Brussels.

Several commentators have described the efforts of Robert Fico to change the constitution of nationalist and cultural-ethical proposals as a perfect trap for Christian Democratic movement (KDH). Knowing the long -standing KDH agenda and the profile of a part of the voters of the movement, Fico knows that his offer will hit exactly into the heart of the movement and will not leave anyone indifferent even in the opposition.

The very fact that the government set opens the constitution and some changes exceeds the international treaties and obligations of Slovakia should evoke sleepless nights within the opposition.

What does Fico get? Everything

KDH members must also know that Robert Fico is stolen from how the family will be defined in Slovakia. Authentically, it does not think about how traditional values ​​are to be preserved in modern society, how to reconcile them with the rights of women or minorities.

He is not interested in the national identity, he does not think about who and how it creates such identity. He is only interested in what works or does not work for the Direction voter or its potential voter.

Conservatism is just one of his dresses, which he does not fit into, his sleeves are short and he can’t turn on his coat. As a conservative, he is non -authentic, still protruding the remnants of the communist regime and still talking about social democracy, thus deepening chaos in political definitions.

Even a temporary alliance with KDH would help him sow distrust between the opposition’s parties. In this way, not only the parties between the parties, but even the links inside the KDH, is easiest. He may not know exactly how it will turn out, but by playing such a game, he knows that something will happen to certainly.

At the same time, the KDH would in some way legitimize his foreign policy to all world parties, as he would point out that it rewrite all other principles.

And when he negotiates with Putin, he is just about the good of the nation.

KDH gets nothing

Fico’s offer is the most serious test for KDH as it also changes the character of the party. KDH management talks about how they get letters from both camps, as if the dilemma was half and half.

Since the KDH has been talking for a long time about the topic that Fico has opened up, the concern that it will steal them all are probably inflated.

Direction led by Robert Fico crossed Rubikon as he celebrated with a mass murderer. The red lines exceed the attacks on the opposition by spreading misinformation about the real allies of Slovakia. With its Act on « foreign agents », it also harms NGOs that help the Church and spread awareness of charity.

KDH cannot pretend that Fico’s attacks are only hindered by the point until cooperation with him brings some benefit to the side.
