Start with a delicious cocktail. Garnish it with flowers, such as cherry flowers and do not skimp on the ice.

Cut the freshly baked pizzas into pieces and serve as a drink snack.

Eton Mess is the British’s response to Meringue Swiss. A classic eton Mess always contains strawberries.

Tip.So you plan

2 days before

Bake meringues.
Make the ice cream.
Cook rhubarb compote.

1 day before

Make the onion mayonnaise.

Make Mhamara.

6 hours before

Boil asparagus, milling onions, roast chickpeas.

Cook the potato.

Make lamb pork skewers and pour on marinade.

Do tsatsiki.
Bake the pie.

1 hour before

Make pizza dough and let it ferment.

Mix the salad to the pie.

Just before serving:

Roll out and bake the pizza.

Roast the potato.

Place the asparagus salad.

Possibly heat the lamb pork skewer and place with Mhamara.

Possibly heat the pie and top with salad.

Serving:

Mix the drink and serve.
