Investigators exhumed the bodies of children to get the truth
Piotr P. sits on the bench of the accused, to whom the prosecutor’s office accuses the murder of Lilianna’s daughter (in 2016) and son of Miłosz (in 2017). The man has been responsible for a year because of his arrest. And he consistently denies the accusations. He claims that he loved his wife and children. He also emphasized that the accusations are « painful and harmful to him », and his son’s death was an accident.
He also talked about his commitment to family life. He remembered how together with his wife they participated in all research, took care of healthy nutrition and prepared for the coming of children.
Prosecutor’s office: Children were an obstacle
However, the prosecutor’s office presents a completely different picture of the situation. The indictment shows that children were to be a source of frustration and « unnecessary ballast » for Piotr P.. Investigators found that first a three -month -old daughter of the man died in mysterious circumstances. The girl was hospitalized with the diagnosis of aspiration pneumonia, but after returning home she suddenly stopped breathing.
Soon after, the woman got pregnant again. However, the family survived another drama. According to Piotr P., when he entered the dark room, he stumbled and dropped his five -month -old son, who hit his head on the floor. The child died three hours later in the hospital.
Exhumation of infant bodies
Doctors had doubts about the circumstances of the boy’s death, considering that the injuries were too serious for a mere fall. It began to be suspected that the death of her daughter was not accidental either. Therefore, in 2018, the corpse of both children was exhumed. Studies have shown that the boy had a cracked skull and rib injuries that could not arise during resuscitation. However, in the case of a girl, a massive chopping was found, which could have been the result of deliberate action.
As a result, the young father was accused of murdering both children. – The size of the evil caused by these deeds is unimaginable. Everyone who knows the details of this case can no longer be the same – patron Beata Czechowicz, representing the wife of the accused, argued during one of the hearings. And she emphasized that this case was one of the most difficult in her career.
In addition, the prosecutor’s office also accused him of persuading his wife to remove pregnancy and order an early -boron tablets to a woman. In addition, for an attempt to extort from UKSW and extortion from the Warsaw University of Technology (universities in which he studied) from the Insurance Company of the Association, including due to the random death of the child, as well as for counterfeiting of the wife’s signatures on one of the conclusions.

Nine years have passed since the death of the first child, and the case is still not resolved. The process, partly conducted, excluding openness, was resumed in 2020. Earlier, the proceedings had to be interrupted due to the principle of unchanging judicial composition. At the moment, the process has been going on for over four years.
« The youngest Polish millionaire » witness in the case
For a year, Piotr P. has been at large and corresponds to his free foot. While serving the detention center in Białołęka, he went to one cell with Piotr K., referred to by the media as « the youngest Polish millionaire ». During his testimony, he stated that he had to tell him how he killed the children.
The end speeches of the pages lasted four months, began on January 9 and ended on April 11. The next date of the hearing was set for May 15. Then the statement – once again – is to be made by Piotr. P.
