Investigation of two abductions in Tetovo, one victim was a child

The Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Tetovo has ordered an investigation against two persons who are suspected of grabbing two persons, one child.

According to the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office, on May 5, the two suspects intented to abduct a person, dragging his hands and shoulders, after which they put him in their BMW F5. He was physically assaulted in the vehicle, punching him in the head and face and asking him to say what the people who took money from one of the suspects were.

-The frightened by the physical attack and the strokes, the injured party pointed out two people and the addresses on which they can be found. When the suspects headed for and ask for the first of them, the injured party managed to escape the vehicle and report the incident to the police – the prosecution said.

The same day, as they complement, near the Tetovo Basic Court building, the two suspects also abducted one of the persons – a sixteen -year -old child. The juvenile also put him in the car, started punching him and asking him to say why he beat the daughter of one of the suspects.

-The child took his cellphone and made him open to read his messages, then took him off the vehicle in the parking lot and continued to punch him and iron. At one point the minor managed to escape and report the event – they added.

According to them, there is a reasonable suspicion that these actions have committed two crimes – abduction referred to in Article 141 of the Criminal Code, one of which is in a more severe form because it has been committed against a minor. At the same time, in appreciating that the legal grounds were met, the public prosecutor submitted to the pre -trial judge of the Tetovo Basic Court a proposal for detention for the two suspects.
