Investigation of six -story illegal building in Cair
Acting on criminal charges by a group of citizens, the Public Prosecutor of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Skopje carried out checks and ordered an investigation against one person for the crime of illegal construction under Article 244-a of the Criminal Code.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Macedonia announced today that the facility began to be built in 2024, without the approval of state -owned land on Kemal Seifula Street in Cair. The suspect, as a manager of a legal entity, appears as an investor in the building – a residential building with business premises and flooring+P+6+PK intended for sale.

The Public Prosecutor submitted a proposal to the judge of pre-trial procedure-an obligation to report to a particular official, temporary seizure of the passport and prohibition to carry out construction works on the building.
