International Folk Festival of Folk Songs and Dances « Dr. Vladimir Polezhinoski » in Kicevo

The eighteenth edition of the International Folk Festival of Folk Songs and Dances « Dr. Vladimir Polezhinoski » will be held on May 27 and 28 at 8 pm on the plateau in front of the Kicevo Cultural Center. This festival is a cultural bridge between the countries of the Old Continent, which will take part this year from eight European countries.

-With the participation of folk ensembles from Turkey, Ukraine, Kosovo, Albania, Bulgaria, Poland, ensembles from the country and five ensembles from the host city of Kicevo, they will participate in the 18th edition of the Folklore Festival « Dr. Vladimir Pole ». The festival will open with the performance of the host KUD « Racin » ensemble. Then the same night will be presented the KUD « Ukskana » from Kicevo, the Ensemble of the Kurbin Children’s Cultural Center from Albania, the People’s Dance Group « Prushkovski » from Poland, the children’s folk ensemble « Light » from Sofia – Bulgaria, the Focus Association of Kusni The first night will round out the ensemble host « Racin » from Kicevo-said the spokesman for the Cultural Center in Kicevo, Maja Siljanoska-Nikoloska.

The spokeswoman continued the program and the order of the ensembles that will perform the second night.
