Instead of filmmakers, harsh blackmakers? The shot man jumped out the window, almost killed himself

The violent incident took place last June in the rented Smíchov apartment in U Pernikářky Street. Three Ukrainians – twenty -six -year -old Kristian Dovhanych and Vasyl Fedjuk and a year younger IHOR Poljaskovsky – there, according to the file, lured their acquaintance, 38 -year -old countryman Saša, saying that the student film AK Available are young girls and cocaine.

Two cameras were really prepared on the spot, serving their other well -known, Ukrainian documentary filmmaker Oleksej Kotyk studying in Prague.

He – as the indictment states – also borrowed for filming from the Barrandov fundus props, namely the dummies of the submachine guns Kalashnikov, bombs or vests. Two young girls were present in the apartment, and there were also cocaine lines. All the present have been strengthened with drugs and alcohol.

When Sasha came to the apartment around ten in the morning, he took the prepared cocaine and said he began to admire one of the submachine guns. Then he was unjustly attacked by the hidden hiding with Fedjuk with the masks on his face, the police found.

“He was lying on the floor, where he was beating his fists and kicks for the next minutes. Using dummies and gas guns, from which they fired several times and hit it at least twice in the foot, accusations of Poljaskovsky and Dovhanych forced the victim to call from his mobile phone to different persons, ”said prosecutor Jana Murínová.

Threat to anal rape

According to her, Saša confessed to being a cheater and lost their money in the casino. The indictment also states that the attackers in front of the cameras also forced him to admit that he had raped an undetected woman in Prague, which he was supposed to mention among them.

The applicant claims that the physical assault of the man took tens of minutes and threatened to massage his face. They also threatened Saša with anal rape.

“When the accused stood in the corridor in front of the living room and the damaged remained alone on the sofa, at an unguarded moment in an effort to escape another attack by the accused tried to escape by jumping out of the living room window located at 7.4 meters above the ground. Ornamental shrub and concrete pavement in front of the house, ”the prosecutor said another sequence of events.

A beaten and shot man bruted his brain when he fell on the concrete, broke the thigh bone and rib, damaged his liver and one kidney. He was called by a random witness. Its treatment lasted several months, but the man will probably have permanent health problems. From the attackers, as compensation asks about 1.3 million crowns.

Recording from the cameras in the apartment has disappeared

The trio said she disagreed with the indictment. The first interrogated Dovhanych refused to testify in court on Monday. During his earlier interrogation at the police, he described the attacked Sasha as a gambler, fraudster and manipulator who deliberately disrupts the relationships between people.

Men invited him to the apartment in Smíchov to give him a passport. Dovhanych admitted that he was involved in attacking a man with a fellow fedjuk.

“At first we put him on the ground by undermining my legs. He fell on his back, and began to defend himself on the ground. I gave him a fist, I don't remember many times and where, I don't know if I hit him. He claimed he didn't want us to give him handcuffs. I didn't give them, ”he said shortly after the criminal crime.

He said he took off his face mask when Sasha was on the ground. Then the attacked man calmed down and sat on the couch. “I didn't threaten him. We told him to tell the truth, ”he said to his alleged fraud.

Who shot Saša does not know because he had about three grams of cocaine. Reportedly he did not even see his jump out the window.

“Everyone began to say that he had escaped and began to collect their belongings. They wanted to call him an ambulance. He dropped out of the window. I didn't know how to help him, ”Dovhanych said.

According to the indictment, he and Fedjuk took the memory card cameras, on which the whole act was probably filmed and which then disappeared, and hid documents of the injured man in the street near the house.

The arrow jumped out of the window, another defendant says

Fedjuk also admitted in court that he had joined the attack on Sasha, but allegedly helped him « lay on the ground ». He said he didn't. According to him, the attacked man jumped the « arrow » out of the window after an unknown man came into the apartment.

According to Fedjuk, Saša shot the accused Poljaskovsky, who is the only one of the prosecuted trio of Czech citizenship and is not in custody. The court plans to listen to him on Tuesday and after him the injured man.

Why there were cameras in the apartment and what was the goal of filming is not clear from the testimony so far. The attackers may have wanted to humiliate Sasha in some way.

President of the Senate Daniell Sarah Sotolářová wants to hear as a witness to Kotyka, who filmed at the crime scene. According to her, however, the filmmaker is non -contact and it is not clear where he is currently staying.

The judge also pointed out the accused's three on Monday to re -qualify their deed from the current blackmail on the murder attempt.

The agent of the victim pointed out that his client had an inverted fracture of the skull and said he recalls that after his arrival in the apartment someone hit him in the head. For the time being, the applicant has been proposing to blackmail from five to six years in prison.
