Crimes Investigation Specialists at Police Station no. 4 referred to the materials in the Prosecutor’s Office at the Tirana General Jurisdiction Court and launched criminal proceedings on a citizen AA, 61, suspected of the offense of « Opposition to the Public Order ».

This citizen is suspected that, during a search conducted by police services at a bar on « Dibra » street, in order to verify information that the illegal activity of gambling and sports betting was exercised in this environment, refused to implement the orders of police officers, verbally and physically opposed and attempted to leave the environment.

In this case, the Tirana Police Supervision Agency Regional Directorate has launched verification actions, based on film footage posted on social networks and allegations filed by the citizen in question.
