Literally: « On March 26, 2025 at 07:00, employees of the State Bureau of Investigation staged » show masks « and burst into the dwelling of a famous volunteer, activist, spokesman for the international intelligence community Informnampalm Mikhail Makaruk.

They made this search as « urgent investigative action », without a court order. At the same time, the legislation of Ukraine was immediately violated, because the urgent search is allowed only if it is necessary to save the life of people and property or in the case of direct prosecution of the suspect (as an example: BC/CCS in Case No. 573/2028/19 of 08.04.2021), and Michael was not suspected. That is, the actions of DBR employees look like criminal arbitrariness and custom pressure from third parties.
At the same time, no accusations were made before or during the search, and the whole search was reduced to the fact that they took away personal computer equipment. That is, the purpose of these actions was without a court order and without any legitimate reason to steal laptop from Michael. «
Details: As of March 27, Informnapalm states that no adequate explanations from the DBR were able to obtain.
The community added that on March 21, 2025, Makaruk shared his position on his personal Facebook page on his skeptical attitude to the DBR, whose employees were periodically trying to press on him.
InformNapalm suspected that computer equipment seized by DBR employees can be compromised and information from it can be copied and transmitted to the Russian special services.
Currently, the InformNapalm spokesman does not have access to his own Facebook account and other social networks.
