India. This is a simple pilot error that could lead to an air disaster
The Air India aircraft crashed right after the start of Ahmedabad in India on Thursday, June 12. The causes of the disaster are examined. Air expert, former pilot Captain Steve, who has his channel on the Internet, puts out the theory that the tragedy could cause a very simple mistake of the second pilot. Because the recordings up to the last moment before the disaster can be seen the machine’s chassis, in his opinion it is likely that the second pilot could mistake the flaps instead of the chassis, which led to the loss of load -bearing force. It indicates that the films are not visible in the characteristic bending of the wings. This is to confirm this tragic theory.

I think the first pilot told the second to take care of the chassis at the right time. But this one, by mistake, reached into the flap holder and hid them. It could make the plane suddenly lose its load -bearing force
– explains Steve on his channel.
In an interview with CNN, the captain emphasizes that this is only his theory, which can be confirmed or overthrown after checking the records from black boxes. – We do not know the content of the talks of both pilots at the moment, and this can be crucial – says the expert.
He rejects the theory that the reason for the disaster was a collision with a bird. In his opinion, since there was no smoke or fire, the plane did not hit anything before falling to the ground.
Besides, there are no birds on the recordings. There would have to be a lot of them for both engines to stop working. There was a loud disaster, to which the bird led, but it was big and flew in the herd. Nothing could be seen here
– explains Captain Steve.
In an interview with a journalist, CNN also pointed out that he did not seem likely to hypothesize that the chassis was not hidden, because there was a failure and the first pilot wanted to land in an emergency.
Despite the extensive experience of both pilots – Captain Sumeet Sabharwal and the first officer Clive Kundar – therefore there are many indications that the drama could occur through human error.
