The incident happened in Kovel on April 20. The baby climbed into a tank car on the railway track. As a result, it was struck by a current.
At the time of arrival of the SESS, the railway workers disconnected the lines. Rescuers rose to the tank, transferred the victim to the stretcher and lowered to the ground.
The child was handed over to doctors. She was conscious.
