A 29-year-old woman was condemned in Volyn, who forged documents for the transfer of servicemen abroad.
She was falsifying the birth certificates of children who were allegedly born in the EU countries.
This was reported in The Prosecutor General’s Office and Volyn Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the investigation, the resident of Lutsk « worked » together with her accomplice, who was previously criminally responsible.
They made birth certificates allegedly certified in consular institutions. According to fake documents their customersAs the parents of three minor children, they left Ukraine.
The cost of such « services » reached $ 3,000. They managed to take advantage of 142 servicemen who sought to avoid mobilization.
The woman was found guilty in forgery of official documents and assistance to illegally crossing persons across the state border for selfish reasons (part 3 of Article 358, part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
She was assigned a punishment in the form of seven years and two months of imprisonment with confiscation of property.
Materials on the accomplice of the convicted person were allocated into separate criminal proceedings.
