A 21-year-old, who is said to have killed a 27-year-old in Vienna favorites in mid-May, had videos of other attacks on the cell phone.
The 21-year-old who is accused of overwhelming a 27-year-old man on the night of May 15th in Border Mackerstrasse in Vienna favorites could have committed a third act of violence in addition to another violent attack on a homeless. The Austria press agency was confirmed from investigative circles a corresponding message from the « Kronen Zeitung ». Accordingly, all three attacks are said to be stored on the seized cell phone of the murderous video.
The public prosecutor’s office is investigating the 21-year-old, who is in custody due to the risk of crime, because of murder and also due to deliberate serious bodily harm. The investigation into other possible victims run.
With regard to the homicide, the public prosecutor assumes that the 21-year-old acted at least with a conditional killing. The 27-year-old had been found on the sidewalk with life-threatening head injuries on the night of May 15 and died in a hospital two days later. The suspect was arrested last Saturday after showing the video with the homicide in the circle of acquaintances. The law enforcement agencies became aware of this because an anonymous witness turned to the police. After he was arrested, the 21-year-old admitted the act of acts, but denied the killing intent.
