« They were kept surrounded by their own waste, stuffed in the cages of five or six dogs in a cage. The rooms were filled with cages from floor to ceiling. Some animals were freely wandered– said SPCA animals in the local department of the global organization of animals.

Volunteers managed to pick up dogs thanks to the animal control service. Many saved tailed trees are being treated – they have skin and teeth problems. Some dogs suffer because of a « squwed dirty fur » that falls out of tangles.
