Applicants for Vice-Presidents of the Court of Auditors are ready to enter the shoes of a prime minister, if necessary. The position they have requested is that the posts they are applying for are on the list of senior civil servants, among which the president can elect a prime minister. According to the plan, their applications will be considered and voted in plenary next week.
The nominees for the two deputy presidential places in the Court of Auditors are Margarita Nikolova, a former MP of Ataka, a former financial officer at the Ministry of Youth and Sports and former Financial Officer of the Bulgarian National Television, and Silvia Kudreva, a member of the Anti-Corruption Commission, and the two no.

In her presentation, Kudreva stressed that in her work at the institution, she would like to strengthen her ties with international audit institutions and believe her experience in the anti -corruption committee would help to consolidate the links between the two units. Asked by the MP from Democratic Bulgaria, Martin Dimitrov for the institutions to be objectively audited, she replied that the institution should be based on established risks and areas painful to the public.
Nikolova, for her part, stressed that in the work of the Court of Auditors it is necessary to introduce new modern technologies and new methodologies for evaluating public spending.

His biography includes experience at the National Revenue Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance. He graduated from the Academy of Economics in Svishtov.
