Young people come together to communicate, share current issues of their lives, organize educational activities, trips, camps. Moms’ prayer group is prayed together, sharing maternal experiences. In the meetings of « Family Families », there are training on topical matters of spouses and parenting, families sharing their experiences of challenges, how they overcome them, emphasize the relationship between family members, and teach them how to create it.

Renewed spaces

St. The pastor of Antanas Paduvietis Church was pleased that the space of the shrine was gradually renovated. From now on, parishioners will not have to be cold as the system air -to -water floor heating is installed. The mosaic of new tiles is currently being placed, so the church floor will remind both the interwar and national writings.

« Last year we had the opportunity to install underfloor heating thanks to benefactors. Later, we prepared a project in Kaunas City Municipality and received funding for the floor covering. These tiles were brought from Portuguese according to the idea of ​​architect Rimas Adomaitis. He decided that the floor should reflect interwar architecture, decorated Such writings are really good here, ”said Vitulskis.

The new tile pattern will cover not only the floor of the shrine, but also some of the columns. These renovation work is expected to be done within months. The pastor hopes that later to raise funds for wall renovation work, so the church will gradually be even more comfortable.
