To admit guilty of violence, including sexual, in relation to his children was asked by the prosecutor in the Butyrsky district court of Moscow Mikhail Khachaturian, who died at the hands of three of his daughters. According to the lawyers of the daughters, this is what led to the tragedy. At the same time, the defense and relatives of the deceased Khachaturian insist that the deceased should be justified.
The debate of the parties in the Butyrsky court of the capital began exactly two years after it received the criminal case of Mikhail Khachaturian, posthumously accused of violent acts of a sexual nature, the spread of pornography and causing serious harm to health (Articles 132, 242 and 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
On April 11, an employee of the Butyrsky inter -district prosecutor’s office I asked to admit Mr. Khachaturian guilty of all points and stop his criminal prosecution in connection with death. After that, one of the lawyers of the sisters Khachaturian Yaroslav Pakulin spoke. Referring to the fact that the process takes place closed, he abstained from the details, but noted that thanks to the testimony of witnesses and the studied materials studied, the living conditions of the sisters are obvious. «
The defender considers proven that the girls since 2014, when Mikhail Khachaturian drove their mother out of the house, and until 2018 was constantly subjected to violence and, being without any support and help from other relatives, were brought to the limit.
“I consider it established that an attempt to suicide the eldest daughter was directly related to harassment from his father,” concluded Mr. Pakulin.
His colleague Alexei Parshin, who had not yet performed in court, suggested that in the very near future a “fair and logical decision” would be announced.
Meanwhile, one of the three defenders of the deceased Khachaturian Georgy Chuguashvili called the prosecutor “weak” and “abstract” in a conversation with Kommersant correspondent. According to him, it is not clear how the criminal case with a similar set of evidence was generally in court. And after the speech of the state prosecutor, he and his colleagues “Hope appeared” for the posthumous excuse of Mikhail Khachaturian.

At the same time, the case against the sisters of the Krestina, Angelins and Mary, accused of the murder of her father in 2018, was returned to the court for investigation. If, as a result, their father’s fault in violence is established, their actions can be recognized as the necessary defense.
