In the bay of Faliro the French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle

The French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle, which participated in co -training with the Navy and the Aegean Air Force, was anchored Saturday, April 12, at Faliro Bay.
The aircraft carrier was anchored as part of Clemenceau 25. Visit to the spot was held by the Chief of the General Staff of the Navy (GEN) Vice Admiral Dimitrios – Eleftherios Curament, representing the Chief of General Staff General Dimitrios Houpis.
It was announced that the Chief of Staff was welcomed by the French commander of the Naval Force Task Force 473 Lieutenant Jacques Mallard and the commander of the Air Captain Georges-Antoine Florentin.

According to ERT, Charles de Gaulle has 1,800 crew, transporting 22 Rafale aircraft, naval surveillance aircraft and helicopters and has been involved in an exercise with Greek F-16s south of Crete in recent days.
On state television, on Good Monday, French Defense Minister Sebastian Lekorni will visit Athens on Monday, where he will have an official meeting with National Defense Minister Nikos Dendia.
