In Ternopil region, police have announced a suspicion of a 43-year-old man who found more than 300 videos of pornographic nature with the participation of children.

He threatens up to six years in prison, report Law enforcement officers of the region.

According to security officers, the prohibited products in the suspect were found at the end of October 2024 during a search.

« In the course of the investigation, it turned out that the materials of pornographic nature of the Kremenchyn began to collect since 2021.

According to the conclusions of forensic art expertise, all the video belongs to child pornography « – law enforcement officers said.

The man confessed to the committed. He was declared suspicion under Article 301-1 of Article 301-1 (intentional access to child pornography using information and telecommunication systems and storage of child pornography without the purpose of sale) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The sanction provides imprisonment for a term of 2 to 6 years.
