In Pakistan, completed drama with captured passengers on the train
Following the attack on the train in the Pakistani province of Balucistan, during which armed extremists were captured by hundreds of passengers on Tuesday, the hostage drama has completed, the military said. Responsibility for the abduction of the train was taken over by members of the separatist liberation army of Balučistan (Bla), who threatened the hostage killing. Most passengers on the train are supposed to represent military personnel or their family members.
Bla also posted a video of the explosion, which disabled the course, and then dozens of extremists jumped from hiding places in a remote mountainous area of Balucistan and invaded wagons. According to foreign agencies, the group is expected to require the release of their closed members in exchange for the captured hostages.
In Balučistan, the poorest Pakistani provinces, security forces have long been fighting sectarian, ethnic and separatist violence. This was particularly strengthened after the Taliban was re -taken in the neighboring Afghanistan in 2021.
