Moscow’s second Western District Military Court condemned Vadim Chaly’s Ukrainian to 16 years of the colony for trying to carry out a terrorist attack, he allegedly sent explosives to three colonels of the Ministry of Defense of Russia at the task of the SBU.

Details: According to Medusa, Chaly was sentenced to 16 years in prison in a strict regime colony.
« Mediazona » informs that according to the prosecution, a 30-year-old resident Vadim Chaly was looking for a job on the Avito platform and contacted representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine.
After the test tasks, he was promised thousands of rubles for sending parcels with 800 grams of explosives to three colonels of the Ministry of Defense of Russia, and for the last parcel – four thousand rubles. All three parcels did not explode.
According to the Russian TASS, one of the victims said that he received the parcel as a gift from colleagues, but when he heard the sounds of the phone inside, he took it to the balcony before the sappers arrive. Prosecutors demanded for a man 18 years of prison.
Chaly seemed to plead guilty and expressed repentance, but the victims did not consider his apology sincere.
