Law enforcement officers who arrived at the scene made it that a 68-year-old local resident was walking a dog without a leash and a muzzle. At this point, a boy drove past them. The dog rushed for the baby and bit her.

The injury was easy, but the police recorded violations of the rules of walking animals. The owner of the animal drafted an administrative protocol under part 2 of Article 154 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the rules of holding dogs and cats). The case file is sent to court.

The man faces a fine of three to five non -taxable minimum incomes (from 51 to 85 UAH) with the possibility of confiscation of the dog.
