In the city of Borislav, in Lviv region, a repeatedly convicted man suspected of rape a minor girl was detained.

The court chose a preventive measure for the recidivist – detention.

As specified In the Unified Register of Judgments, on the evening of March 1, 2025, a man noticed on the street in Borislav a stranger teenage girl and began to persecute her.

The case file states that the attacker grabbed the victim, tightened for the outbuildings and dumped to the ground so that she did not resist.

The girl managed to release one hand, grasp the slate of slate and hit the attacker on the head. She tried to escape, but the man attacked the victim again, collapsing her.

The girl begged to release her and offered silver rings and jewelry. The man threatened physical violence and raped a minor.

Initially, the victim did not report the crime of either police or parents. But when the mother saw bruises on her daughter's body, she told everything.

The judicial resolution shows the words of the suspect in rape, which stated that that evening it was drunk and the girl was « even drunk than him. » The girl, according to his assumptions, was 18-19 years. He claims that he did not do anything illegal, and she gave her jewelry, perhaps because of what was scared.

Law enforcement officers opened a criminal case under Article 152, paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (rape).

The court order stated that the man was repeatedly convicted of robbery and spent 15 years in prison.
