The Kharkiv police opened the proceedings on the task of bodily harm to the man by the TCC.

Details: As reported in policeOn May 9, the Police Department No. 1 of Kharkiv RUP No. 2 received a report that a 49-year-old man illegally detained the premises of the Tax Code. The applicant also reported that his brother had injured during a verbal conflict.

The victim was taken to a medical facility. After that, he wrote a statement to the police on the task of injuries by men in military uniform.

According to this fact, investigators of the police department № 1 of Kharkiv RUP # 2 opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 122 (deliberate moderate injury) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The pre -trial investigation is ongoing.

However, in Kharkiv Regional Shopping Center and SP stated that « on social networks released videoin the comments to which it is about beating by the soldiers of the Nemyshlyansky Shopping Center of the former military. « 

Literally the shopping center: « Previously established that the conflict began through mutual misunderstanding. At the same time, the management and personnel of the Kharkiv OTC condemns the actions of a serviceman who has entered into a dispute that has become a physical conflict.

On this fact, an official investigation is appointed, which will take appropriate measures, and the perpetrators will be brought to fair responsibility. «
