In Italy, a tourist broke a museum exhibit – a chair covered with crystals inspired by Vincent Van Gogh.
The man sat on him for a photo, reports CNN.
The Palazzo Maffei Verozzo Museum posted a video that shows a man and a woman who poses at the Van Gogh’s « Chairs ». Then the man decided to sit on the exhibit and broke the seat and two front legs.
The woman helped him get up, after which both went out of the room.
A presented chair is the work of an Italian artist, never inspired by Van Gogh’s painting in 1888, « Vincent’s chair with a cradle » depicting a wooden chair on a tile floor.
The modern interpretation of the Bolla, created between 2006 and 2007, is covered with hundreds of Swaroski crystals.
