In Brussels I introduced the great theft of the Albanian vote
Opposition leader Sali Berisha said in a press release that the May 11 elections in Albania represent the worst electoral farce of the last 34 years, comparing them to the electoral processes of the Mugabve dictatorship in Zimbabwe.
Berisha, newly returned from Brussels where he participated in the International Democratic Union Forum, said he had denounced to the right -wing representatives and European institutions massive voting by the Rama government.
He mentioned the 100 euro bonus for retirees, the pardoning of fines of 200m euros, employment and cannabis cultivation in order to buy the vote as evidence of election manipulation.
The full word:
Yesterday I returned from Brussels, where I participated in the International Democratic Union Forum, a organization that groups 87 center -right and conservative political parties from all over the world.
The purpose of this trip was to protect the vote of Albanian citizens.
Denunciation of the ugliest electoral farce of the last 34 years, the Far of the 11th of May 2025 elections.
During my two days in Brussels, May 15 and 16, I had intense meetings with the main leaders of the international Democratic Union, President Stefan Harper, Secretary General Tina Mercep.
Among other things, I met many old friends, but also new friends of the main political forces of the center -right in Europe and the world.
I met with European interests with interests for the development of electoral processes in Albania.
Important center -right representatives in the European Parliament.
In all these meetings, I knew my interlocutors, with the great open and public theft of the voting of Albanian citizens, by narcodical Edi Rama, and in this respect the government’s decisions on the famous bonus, 100 euros for each pensioner, 76 million euros.
Decision to pardon fines, 200 million euros.
Employment tens, thousands of vote employments.
Tens of thousands of acres of cannabis for vote.
It is these acts that finally overthrow the 11 May electoral farce.
Not counting here the strong crime interventions organized in 20 municipalities of the country and in 10 counties.
The results of these interventions culminated in the most voted voted in Albania, anonymous persons such as Sara Mila, Armend Balla, etc.
So in totality it will summarize what the elections in Albania were with a speech of a precious friend of Albania.
The elections in Albania, he said, were the same as what I had seen decades ago in the Zimbabwe of the Mugabe dictator.
