During April 2025, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine codied and allowed 12 samples of automotive equipment of various purposes in the defense forces of Ukraine, more than 60% of them – Ukrainian production.

According to the Main Department of Supporting the Life Cycle of Weapons and Military Equipment, more than 50 samples of automotive equipment have been codied and admitted since the beginning of 2025.

Among them are wheel evacuation tractors-transporters, vehicles for transportation of overall goods, modern all-terrain chassis for wide range of applications, etc. In addition to Ukrainian cars, auto equipment has replenished the samples of the world’s leading car manufacturers.

« The mobility of the army, the prompt implementation of logistics tasks depends on the available car fleet of equipment. Domestic manufacturers have already mastered the production of certain samples of auto equipment. The army requires more modern auto equipment with wide functionality, » – said Deputy Minister of Defense Valery Churkin.

The Victory Weapon Program is a mechanism of long -term contracts for three, five or ten years for national weapons and military equipment.

Among the requirements for Ukrainian weapons seeking to enter the List « Weapons of Victory » and conclude long -term contracts are mandatory codification, establishment of serial production, achieving the level of localization of at least 50%, etc.
