In anticipation of good results, but also preparation for the historic European event in Skopje
Macedonia’s cadet national team plays at the Balkan Championship in Bihac, Bosnia and Herzegovina
This weekend our Cadet Judo national team will represent Macedonia at the Balkan Cadet and Cadet Championships, which will be held in Bihac, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Led by coach Igor Paskoski, our young players with great desire and motivation will fight for medals and international sports recognition.

At the same time, this match is an important test ahead of the big challenge that follows in June 2025 – the European Cadet Championship in Judo, which will be held from June 26 to 29 in Skopje.
After the Balkan Championship, all eyes will be on Skopje, which will host one of the most important competitions on the European Judo scene – the European Cadet Championship.
This exceptional sporting event will be the first European Judo Championship ever organized in Macedonia – a historic moment for our country and for the Macedonian judo. We expect arrival at:
The best cadet judists from 50 European countries
Senior representatives of the National Judo Federations
Sports officials, delegations and lovers of Judo from all over Europe
The championship is not only a competitive but also a diplomatic and cultural event at the highest level, through which Macedonia will be portrayed as a capable and modern host of European ranking sporting events.
