The company’s administrator is declared wanted after importing chicken fillets containing Salmonella bacteria.
Three another Inspectors of the NFA are prosecuted for the offense of « Abuse of Duty », after allowing the introduction of products into the market.

Imported food products that contain the Salmonella bacterium, the company’s administrator is declared wanted and his brother is prosecuted for the offense of « Importing, Production, Sale and Storage of Hazardous Foods or Life of People ».
3 NFA inspectors are also prosecuted for the offense of « Abuse of office ».
Section for Investigation of Economic and Financial Crime at the Tirana DVP, led by the Prosecutor’s Office at the Tirana General Jurisdiction Court, conducted investigative and procedural actions regarding the case of entering a quantity of salmonella content and the following actions were announced as a citizen, 50 years old, 53 years old (50-year-old’s brother), GH, 38, SL, 42, and AS, 46 years old.
Investigative actions showed that the AG citizen, in the capacity of the company’s administrator together with his brother MG, imported food products where based on analysis by the relevant institutions they have found that they have the Salmonella bacterium in their contents. Citizens GH, SL, and AS, in the capacity of AKU inspectors with their actions and omissions, have allowed the introduction of these products.
Procedural materials were forwarded to the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
