“I’m not naive either”
Recently, the popular TV 2 host, Morten Ankerdal, experienced being hit by heart problems, more specifically atrial fibrillation-also known as heart flicker.
This is the second time in his life and the first time is 17 years back.
Back then, it was already launching thoughts, but now the problem has returned and it has given him something to reflect on.
This is how it writes BT.
« It was a bumpy heartbeat. I experienced it for the first time in 2008, and then the second time here just three weeks ago when my heart suddenly began to beat strangely again, » Morten Ankerdal tells the media.
Recognizes the problem yourself
After 30 years of constant pressure and countless tasks, Morten Ankerdal openly acknowledges that stress and the high pace have probably had a bearing on his heart problems.
Morten Ankerdal clearly notices the difference from previous years. The workload and the pressure are increased and it starts to leave traces.
He emphasizes that the final rounds are harder to cover than before.
The experience has led him to consider whether he should adjust his work pressure, although he does not want to renounce the many exciting tasks he has.
« I’m not nervous about it, but I’d rather be it besides. I’m not naive either, so I have to think about whether I can do things in a different way, » reads the reflection of Morten Ankerdal.
Although he acknowledges that the problem is likely to be self -inflicted, he clearly emphasizes that he does not want to turn down the work significantly.
