Illegal censorship instruments

The prohibition of censorship, in fact abolition, is one of the main constitutional statues in Romania. This provision is not accidental, it is the result of the bad role in legitimizing institutional atrocities. Censorship is absolutely weakening the strength of a democratic state, of citizens, aimed at protecting the power excesses of some temporarily in the advance of public life.

Romania is recognized as part of the international treaties based on this statutory act that is the Constitution, and since this supreme norm is violated, any internal institutional relevance falls that cannot be covered by the pronouncements of some courts, either the Constitutional Court.

No matter how interpretable points the current Constitution may have, it is sufficient to eliminate much of the subjective ballast and with a judicial object that comes from the CNA.

It is difficult to understand how the armies of lawyers and parliamentarians, doubled by sufficient assistance, sometimes provided on public money, who claim that they defend the democracy and the correct application of the « law », both at the level of Parliament, but also through associations or other legal forms of functioning does not raise the constitutional aspects in a strictly legal framework.

Romania has reached this critical point precisely by the lack of a constitutional filter procedure of the legislation or, through an extreme gravity, by applying the pleasure at the level of the courts that are outside the law.

In this huge skid, in which the legislation became only good to deliver to the institutions that request the evidence of its existence not to the application or applicability, to discuss the legality of decisions and control over it has reached the censorship by what is called rejection or power of work judged.

Those who want the power are either unprepared, or of bad faith, but in both cases the lack of an immediate constitutional and legislative reform program, only form new concentric circles around the same disaster.

Thus in Romania, censorship is confused with the regulation, knowing that by the latter the abuse would be almost impossible to integrate.

The current election campaign still floats in the turbulent waters of promises devoid of a program of legal and constitutional reform, a situation that can make valid any perspective in favor of the irrational.
