As for the diaspora vote, which is a great shame, the problem lies in the fact that there are two discussions: Did the Diaspora vote affect the final result or not? I think yes. I’m starting from what I think is the main culprit. And the main culprit for administering the process is what is the « Prime Minister of Election », that is, the CEC chairman. Despite everything, the « Prime Minister of Election » is Ilirjan Celibashi. I think that if we had a functioning and legal state, today Ilirjan Celibashi should have been under investigation for abuse of the electoral process one of the most important processes represented by a democratic state.

Seeing a man who justifies everything who is actually responsible for guaranteeing the integrity of the election and justifies any type of violation, whether in the internal administration of the electoral process or, worse, in the total failure of the prior voting process, shows that we have had serious violations to be reviewed.

Regarding the implementation of the contracts, the problem is evident. If the Electoral Code clearly states that elections should be administered by a particular company, and no other subcontracts are allowed, then what happens when this process fails? Not only do you not be taken, but also ignored the DP’s request to stop counting votes in Greece, arguing that they did not come through legally subcontracted routes. Not only does nothing do, but even counting and result is certified!

For me, this is a great abuse of task. In a normal place, this had to be investigated. The main responsible at this point for the administration of the process is Ilirjan Celibashi.
