IKEA burning in Vilnius was based on Russian special services / day

A juvenile Ukrainian citizen « acted in the interests of Russian military structures and security services, » the prosecutor said.
Urbel said the young man, who was a minor at the time of the crime, would be tried in Lithuania and the other young man will be issued to Poland.
He was « in an organized terrorist group, previously established in order to commit terrorist crimes in Lithuania and Latvia, along with other persons who are conducting separate pre -trial investigations, » the prosecutor explained, adding that the attack on IKEA was planned for several months.

It is believed that the suspect arrived at the IKEA shopping center on the evening of May 8 and hid in one of the chapters a flammable mechanism with the time ball, which was activated on May 9 at around 4 pm.

The case about the terrorist was referred to the Vilnius Regional Court.
