During December 2024, we showed, among the first, in the serial article « CSAT and CCR, liable to high treason », published in the daily life, that the president of the Constitutional Court (CCR), Marian Enache (former lawyer and deputy of Vaslui), is blackmailed under at least two aspects.

The first is the fact that he was a collaborator of the Security in the last years of the communist regime, having the FR 7259/Vaslui substantive file. The second was the compromising episode spent in Chisinau, with a minor boy, who took place during the period when he was an ambassador to the Republic of Moldova (1993-1996) and was registered by a Moldovan secret service.

Despicable file at a secret army service

Meanwhile, the lack of the file of informant of Marian Enache in the SRI archive, an institution, was clarified that, in December 1989, this file was taken over by the Army Secret Service. Colonel Dumitru Paraschiv, former head of the counter -information service within the General Directorate of Information of the Army (DGIA), recently devolled that Enache’s file was held for a long time in his file by General Marian Hapău, the DGIA chief from 2013 to 2022. We deduce that Enache has received tasks to pour colleagues and magistrates (judges and prosecutors) from the Vaslui courts, as well as its customers and neighbors. A moral jeg from youth.

According to other sources, the Trump Administration and the Pentagon are putting pressure on the secret service of the army to make public the informant file of the « traitor » and « dictator » Marian Enache, as he labeled in his posts Elon Musk, the right hand of the US President.

Possible Soviet recruitment

The desecretion of the security founder file of the CCR president is absolutely necessary in the conjuncture created with its substantial contribution. This file has not been done by chance, by the head of the Secret Service of the Army. It is not by chance that our main strategic partner in the desecretion of this file insists. It is not excluded to have a big surprise and to find out that Enache has also collaborated with a foreign secret service, respectively with the Soviet one. There are some arguments that make this hypothesis plausible. Marian Enache worked as a lawyer in Vaslui and Iași counties, which were located near the border with the USSR. A friend and colleague of his party (FSN/PDSR/PSD), Radu Timofte, senator from 1990-2000 and director of the SRI during 2001-2006, was suspected of Security, during the period of border guards and domicile in the Roman city, that he had relations, including extra-marital, with a KGB agent, with the first KGB. It was frequently coming to Romania.

Enache was a counselor of President Ion Iliescu during the time he had a pro-Soviet attitude. Between 1990-1996, Iliescu had several presidential advisers, such as General Vasile Ionel, suspected of previous connections with GRU. Two former advisers of President Iliescu, Iosif Boda and Ioan Mircea Pascu, would have been in Moscow during the revolutionary events in Romania and the overthrow of Ceausescu. Specifically, they participated in a meeting convened in the USSR capital from December 13, 1989, to which readers from the central committees of the communist parties in the Soviet bloc, who worked within the party academies, like Stefan Gheorghiu Academy were invited. On the evening of December 22, 1989, after taking over the power by Ion Iliescu, they returned precipitated to Bucharest, taking off from the Vnukovo airport in Moscow. Unionists from Bucharest and Chisinau accuse Enache that, both during the period when he was a presidential counselor and during the period when he was an ambassador, he would have sabotaged the « Flower Bridge over Prut », meant to boost and coagulate the Unionist energies on both banks of the Prut.

Plausible Russian blackmail
Finally, it is almost certain that the compromising registration with the minor from Chisinau also arrived in the possession of Russian secret services, which still substantially controlled the similar services in the Republic of Moldova and could therefore blackmail it. Regarding the current head of the RCC, I also learned that, after the compromising episode in the capital of the Republic of Moldova, he was recalled in the country, because he had become a vulnerability for national security, and, being interrogated by a general at the Cotroceni Palace, he acknowledged the deed, motivating that he could not abstain.
