Last Saturday, the IDA Mood 2025 festival was successfully held in the Narv Theater Center VABA Lava. The event combined fashion, creativity and environmental care, offering visitors a fashion show, as well as lectures, a clothing exchange market and a charitable campaign.

The focus at the festival was put on a stable fashion – that is, based on reuse things. The IDA Mood team organizes a fashionable show for the fifth time, but this year the event turned out to be larger. Despite the fact that this year the entrance was paid (a full ticket for the whole day cost 12 euros), there were many guests, and at the show all the places in the hall were occupied.

Throughout the day, the SWAP PIDU market worked as part of the festival, where it was possible to exchange or purchase clothes, shoes and accessories in good condition at a symbolic price. At lectures, experts talked about a practical approach to stable fashion, creating a basic wardrobe and proper care of things.

As the organizer of the festival Victoria Musk told the Narva Newspaper, the IDA Mood team has been conducting fashion shows since 2021. “Usually they take place as part of some big events-the Kinoff festival or the Moepöre fashion school, but this year we decided to make an independent, larger and more useful event. They added lectures, a market and expanded the format, ”she said.

In the fashion show, five collections were presented. The designers of Sireta and Anu Syrcas, the Marat brand, the Narva Red Island and Gallery showed their works, and the IDA Mood joint collection and the UUSKASUTUSKUSKUS reconciliation center were presented.

The Bridge collection Siret Ott was created manually and combines machine and manual knitting, sewing and embroidery, using the remains of textile production. Anu Sirskas introduced the Khaoos knitted collection, reflecting the idea of “controlled chaos” with expressive textures and silhouettes. Each thing is connected by it personally from 100% of Merinos.

The Narvites showed the public the collection of “Reclaimed Rodeo”, the basis of which is a country romantic, where vintage jackets and men’s shirts are combined with ruffles and flying fabrics.

The Marat brand collection is everyday clothes made of natural materials with an accent for quality and comfort.

The joint collection of the organizers and the repeated use center was entirely created from things from Uuskasutuskeskus and Estonian vintage stores. “We wanted to show people how you can actually use things again – they should not be new to be fashionable and that in the center of re -use you can collect a decent and stylish image,” Musk shared.

Also, a stand from the Narva Club of Business and Enterprising Women Eena was presented on the market, where everyone could transfer festive clothes as a gift.

“We are always ready to support any charitable campaign, but this time they made an action on their own,” said Sofya Khomyakova, a member of the leadership of the club, ”NG. “Spring is the time to put things in order in your wardrobe and part with those outfits that you do not use and give them a second life. We want to support those graduates of the 9th and 12th grades who do not have the opportunity to purchase or sew elegant dresses, costumes for the final evening. ”
