« Workers have not been buying a house for years, but even in this suburban neighborhood like Astiri, they cannot buy home or the middle class. We need new policies that make the price of affordable homes. Movement together seeks to fight corruption, seeks to fight money laundering. There are how many speculators who buy dozens of apartments everywhere in Tirana and do not rent them, but keep them in the conviction that the price will increase. Rent ”said Qori.

In Tirana there are about 50,000 such apartments that are not inhabited by anyone but not part of the real estate market. The paradox is that prices are not lowering, although building permits in the capital are granted and continue to be granted for towers and palaces that open every day from a new construction pit in the capital. It remains to be seen how much they will embrace the idea of a crime in Tirana, as some of the residents who have a home in fact enjoy the value of their property.
