The owner of agrotourism « Mrizi i Fairy », Altin Prenga and the mayor of Lezha, Pjerin Ndreu, are involved in a debate on the social network Facebook.
Prenga shared today a video from Prime Minister Edi Rama’s meeting in Tirana, where during the presentation of the project to use the former Autotractors Plant for the production of military uniforms and vehicles, a citizen complained about corruption in state institutions.
« Personally we have 2 houses and unjustified floor because this place is full of intrigue and I never managed to develop a normal practice with ownership or construction permits from the vicissitudes of property in this country, while seeing permits and legalizations with agricultural land.writes Prenga.
Mayor Ndreu commented, saying the claims written alongside the video are unfounded. « In fact, those who are mostly served and correctly, are the ones who complain the most! From a verification, I do not appear to be stumbled, nor has it ever been asked in the form of corruption, and the legalizations of illegal constructions are in the process.-It is Ndreu’s comment in Prenga’s post. Prenga then responded by saying that no one had asked for money in state offices, but the institutions treat him as illegal in his ancestors’ lands.
