I feel neither as a monster nor as a killer, Palevski said at the trial for Vanja and Pance
The testimony of Ljupco Palevski, the first to the murder of Vanja Gjorcevska and Veles, started at the Basic Criminal Court in Skopje.
Palevski said in his testimony that he felt neither a monster, nor as a killer and denied that he had committed kidnappings and killings.
– I have not committed the killings, nor the abduction. I just have no motive for it, because in the depot of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office, there is a Toshiba hard drive that took it with a record of over 200,000 phone calls, the abuse of this political elite, but also to the journalistic profession, and if I wanted to realize any benefit, I could not blackmail it. So not only did I have done it, but I have no motive to commit such a crime – said Palevski.
He told the media that they were corrupt and were fed with lies they were supposed to check.
– For a year and a half they are screaming that there is evidence, while I was in Turkey, for that period I had a Turkish lawyer who represented me before the Turkish court and informed me, gave me a print copy of the news where I was described, as I was described. At a press conference held on December 5, when the criminal charges were filed, I see that there was only one expert in the moments of that press, the PPO, the criminal charges were made by only the phone of the murdered Pance Zezhovski, two forensics for papillary lines and DNA. All other forensic experts were done after December 5 – said Palevski.
Before Palevski, all other suspects testified.
The indictment states that Ljupco Palevski, Bore Videvski, Velibor Manev, Vlatko Kesishov and Aleksandar Gjorcevski, together planned the abduction of 14-year-old Vanja in order to force a member of her immediate family to give money for ransom. The abduction of the damaged Pance Zezhovski in Veles, on the indictment, was intended to force him to give their own « Citroen » vehicle to use the child to abduct the child in Skopje.
Juvenile Vanja and Pance Veles were reported missing on November 27 and 24, and on December 3, 2023, dead were found near Skopje and Veles.
