« I didn’t want to kill, just scare. » The tragic final of dinner in Krosno
The quarrel, which ended in the tragedy, took place on April 14, 2023. The crime took place in the apartment at ul. Kolejowa in Krosno. The investigation showed that the woman and the deceased man had known each other for some time, and on the day the injured party was to overlap the accused.

Bloody The drama took place in the block at ul. Kolejowa. Agnieszka W. (today 34 years old) lived here alone. Krystian S. († 26 years old) came from central Poland, but for several years he stayed in Podkarpackie. Earlier he lived with Agnieszka, but then moved out. From time to time he fell into the visited one. On the day of the tragedy he came to dinner.
– Unfortunately, it wasn’t a peaceful company. Agnieszka got lost in her life. She is an only child. Her parents helped her. She didn’t work alone. The addiction did its job. She abused alcohol, just like her companion – the inhabitants of the block told « Fakt » at the time.
The drama took place because they were both under the influence of alcohol. The accused had more than two alcohol per body, while the man – over three per mille. There was a row between him, the woman even called for help from her father, but he did not manage to alleviate the dispute.
The crime tool was 21 centimeters
When the man scares, he arrived, it was too late. Krystian S. († 26 years old) lay on the floor in a pool of blood. Agnieszka dealt a blow to the stomach with a 21 cm long kitchen knife.
– The victim suffered a wounding of the liver and blood vessels, hemorrhagic shock, organ failure and hypoxia, which led to his death – reports the statement of judge Artur Lipiński, the portal Nowiny24.pl.
Initially, the prosecutor’s office charged the woman attempted murder, but during the trial the accused maintained that her purpose was not to deprive her, but only to intimidate a persistent friend. Unfortunately, the consequences of its action turned out to be tragic. The 26-year-old died after two days in the hospital as a result of injuries.
There is a judgment. Will there be an appeal?
The court sentenced Agnieszka W. to nine years in prison. He also decided to pay compensation in the amount of PLN 40,000 to the sister of the deceased. The judgment is not final, and the defender of the accused signals his intention to appeal.
