Rednex – a combination of country and dance music

The Swedish musical group Rednex is famous for its exceptional American country -country and European dance music style.

The band was formed in 1994 and quickly became popular with its debut hit Cotton Eye Joe, which remains the most popular and famous creation in the world and Lithuania to this day.

But their other hits are well known – Wish You Were Hire, Old Pop in An Oak, Hold Me For a WHILE, Spirit of the Hawk, which stayed first in German music charts for up to 25 weeks!

In 2005, the band performed at the IAAF World Athletics Championship in Helsinki, the capital of Finland.

And now Rednex often performs at various festivals and entertainment events, where their cheerful repertoire is also fascinated by the elderly and young people who feel nostalgia.

For the first time in Lithuania, the famous English pop pop group Cutting Crew, founded in 1985, is well known in its exclusive ballad (i Just) Died in Your Arms, which immediately entered the tops of the US charts.
