Hungarians do not move, these illnesses lurk on them

Why is it difficult for us to move after work?

– I am amazed, because I thought this ratio is bigger. Why is it difficult? Just after work, we feel psychologically tired, and it requires a proper mental state for one to leave and move. We just feel easier to sit down and press the phone, press the computer, or watch the TV. This is the first obstacle to get over. In the first two or three weeks, we have to consciously force ourselves, and then we’ll see that there will be no movement.

– The body composition rate changes, the muscle decreases and the fat increases. Typically calorie meals easily lead to obesity. The Hungarian population is in the lead in terms of the proportion of obese. Through this, metabolic and diabetes and high cholesterol can develop. This enhances the risk of cardiovascular disease such as vasoconstriction, heart attack and stroke. This should not be taken from half, the risk of many deadly diseases is increased.

Only lack of movement leads to such diseases?

– No. It matters with meals, sleep, excessive stress, these factors mutually affect each other and tighten.

How can we improve our condition?

– Let’s start moving gradually, according to our physical and health. If we have a chronic illness, it is better to first discuss with your doctor about what you recommend and what you do not. But a coach can also be visited to consult with the right technique and approach if someone wants to go to a gym or run. And regularity is very important. Those who are basically healthy but not for a long time have a long-term exercise of twenty to thirty minutes a week with moderate intensity, four to five times a week.
