Hundreds of blocks in the capital, no hot water
Termoenergetica București announces that in the following days, rehabilitation works of the thermal network in sectors 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 will be carried out.
‘The interventions have different durations of achievement, depending on the complexity of each work. These repair works are urgent and essential for maintaining the optimal operation of the heating system until the end of the cold season ‘, according to a information posted on Monday on Facebook.
The following works will be carried out:
– In the area of Buzești street- Victoriei Square- Iancu de Hunedoara Boulevard in Sector 1 will be performed modernization and replacement of the pipes provided in the POIM project. In parallel, works will be carried out to remedy the damage and to replace the pipes, which require the cessation of the supply of the thermal agent for hot water and heating to 3 thermal points (15 blocks and buildings) from March 31, at 9:00, until April 4, at 23:00. The year of commissioning of the pipeline in this area is 1995;
– In the area of Camil Ressu Boulevard in Sector 3, modernization works will be performed that require the cessation of the supply of the heat agent for hot water and heating to 10 thermal points (151 blocks) from March 31, 9:00, until April 2, at 23:00. The year of commissioning of the pipeline in this area is 1965;
– In the area of Nicolae Grigorescu Boulevard in Sector 3, modernization and repair works of pipes will be carried out, which require the cessation of the supply of the thermal agent for hot water and heating to 16 thermal points (188 blocks and 2 industries) from March 31, 9:00, until April 5, 23:00. The year of commissioning of the pipeline in this area is 2002;
– In the area of the streets of Secea and the carriage of Sector 4, there will be executed works for repair of the pipes, which require the cessation of the supply of the thermal agent for hot water and heating to 1 thermal point (21 blocks and 1 economic agent – Alex Impex SRL), from March 31, 9:00, until April 4, 23:00. The year of commissioning of the pipeline in this area is 1987;
– On Calea 13 September 5 in Sector 5, the repair works of the pipes will be carried out, which require the cessation of the supply of the heat agent for hot water and heating to 3 thermal points (51 blocks and 3 industrial operators) from April 2, at 09:00, until April 4, at 23:00. The year of commissioning of the pipeline in this area is 1984;
– On the Timișoara Boulevard in Sector 6, works for a damage and the replacement of valves with a diameter of 200 mm will be performed, which require the cessation of the supply of the thermal agent for hot water and heating to 25 blocks, starting from April 3, 9:00, until April 4, 23:00. The year of commissioning of the pipe corresponding to the mentioned connection is 2008;
– On Valea Florilor street in Sector 6, works will be carried out to remedy a damage that requires the cessation of the supply of the heat agent for hot water and heating to 8 modules (8 blocks) starting from April 1, 9:00, until April 2, at 23:00. The year of commissioning of the pipe corresponding to the mentioned connection is 1964;
– On the Street of Fabricii in Sector 6, works will be carried out to remedy a damage, which require the cessation of the supply of the heat agent for hot water and heating to 2 economic agents: Quadra Place II (3 blocks) and the Metrorex Ciurel depot. The period of activity will be from April 3, at 9:00, until April 4, at 23:00. The year of commissioning of the pipe corresponding to the mentioned section is 1992;
