How to register for NMT-2025 and what documents are needed


On March 6, registration will begin for the main session of the national multi -compartment test. It will last until April 3 inclusive. It will be possible to register for an additional session from May 9 to May 14.

We tell you what to do to become a member of the NMT in 2025, and what documents are needed.

Step 1: Create a Personal Cabinet

Registration for a multi -grade test takes place through Electronic office On the UCOYO website. It must be created with the help of special servicewhich will become available since March 6.

To do this, go to the link, read the rules of participation in the test and click « Start Registration ». Next – fill in personal data:

  • surname, name, patronymic;
  • taxpayer registration number (RKOKPP);
  • passport number;
  • date of birth.

They will be needed not only for the preparation and holding of the NMT, but also for your future entry into the university.

In order not to fill information about yourself manually, you can use the action « Action ». With it, personal data will be pulled into the field automatically.

To register for NMT-2025 at the MES graduates advised To design an ID card. It is also necessary to take care of the ROCPP in advance. The taxpayer number can be found in a foreign passport, birth certificates, certificate of assignment of the taxpayer identification number.

If the Ukrainian Passport's action ended after the martial law, it remains valid And it can also be used during registration.

The director of the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment told in a comment « Life » that it is possible to register not only with an ID card, but also with a passport with a book or foreign passport.

After filling all the lines with information about yourself – create a personal office.

Step 2: Enter NMT data

When you enter the personal office, check that all the information about you is correct. If there are errors, they can be edited.

After that, you need to fill out the information you need to participate in the NMT. Namely:

  • your e -mail address;
  • phone number;
  • category (graduate of the current year or past years);
  • The place where you graduate from training this year (in Ukraine or abroad, in which city and in which educational institution).

If you study in the first or second year of the college or vocational education institution and only this year you will get a complete general secondary education-also specify the category « Graduate of the current year ».

If you live abroad but continue to study at the Ukrainian school remotely and you are going to finish it – Don't choose Category « In a foreign institution of education ». Instead, indicate « In the Education Institution of Ukraine »

If you need special conditions for a multi -compartment test, it will also be possible to indicate when registering.

In the following field, you should choose from the list the items you will be on the NMT. Three mandatory marks are already on the list, so on the list it is necessary to mark your fourth item to choose from.

Next, specify the place of assembling the test – in Ukraine or abroad. In the first case, you need to enter a region, city or district, settlement or city district. The second is a foreign country, a city and a language you would like to make NMT.

The place you indicate will take into account when distributing participants between the exam centers. Testing will not be carried out in all settlements, so you will be sent to the nearest city or district from your location.

Before the next step, you should check that all the filled data are correct and save them. If not, information can be edited.

Step 3: Download Documents

After filling the information, you need to download to the Personal Cabinet of Scancopy or Photo Documents:

  • passport (or other identity document);
  • a document confirming the accuracy of the ROCPP (taxpayer card, birth certificate, certificate of assignment of identification code);
  • certificates from the place of study confirming that the graduate graduates this year or certificate of complete general secondary education (for graduates of past years).

The UCEA stressed that it is impossible to load the screenshot of an electronic document that certifies the person from « action » instead of scancopies or photocopies.

Copies can be added to the « Other Documents » line: if necessary:

  • certificates of change of name, marriage certificate, marriage dissolution certificates (if different documents are different names or surname in different documents);
  • Medical conclusion on the creation of special (special) conditions for passing external evaluation (certificate No. 086-3/o);
  • certified translation of documents for registration in Ukrainian (for those who submit documents in a foreign language);
  • a document confirming the reason why you do not indicate the RKOPP (for those who have abandoned the taxpayer number and have such a passport mark or foreigners);
  • a document confirming the reason why the graduate cannot make NMT during the main session.

If you get a secondary education abroad this year – make a certificate from the place of study for sample and make a copy of its notarized translation. It has a month and a year when you complete your full secondary education.

Each photo or copy of the document should be loaded in .jpg or .png format. The maximum size is 1 MB.

The image should be clear and complete (without the sides of the document). The text in the image should be legible and free to read.

Step 4: Send everything to processing

On the next page you will see all the information you have specified earlier. It is worth checking it carefully and then sent to the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment for processing.

Can I change the data after departure?

In the UCEA it is advised to periodically check the personal office. You will have to use the passport number and ROCPP for login.

If instead of NMT certificates in the office there is a record of the need to correct the disadvantages, it is worth doing as soon as possible. The list of disadvantages will be indicated in the message.

By April 3, the personal office can be changed:

  • the item to choose from which the entrant wants to pass the testing;
  • settlement in Ukraine or abroad, where the entrant will be on the days of NMT;
  • Information on the need to undergo NMT during additional sessions.

Only those entrants who have not registered for the main session for valid reasons can register for an additional session. They will need to be documented.
