2. Prepare properly before you leave outside:

3. Keep clean -up after returning from the field:

– Change clothes every day, wash them more often, do not dry them outdoors.

– Returning from the field you will wash your face and hands, as far as possible – take a shower and remove your hair.

– If you keep your pets, comb them after a walk outdoors before bringing home.

4. Ventilate the premises properly:

– Ventilate the premises in the morning – from fourth to six o’clock, when pollen concentrations in the air are the lowest.
