How Lieutenant General Yaroslav Moskalik died
As a result of a terrorist attack committed on the morning of April 25 in Balashikha Moscow Region, Yaroslav Moskalik, Deputy Head of the Main Operational Directorate of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces. According to Kommersant, they previously found that in the Volkswagen salon there was an explosive device consisting of shots to under -barrel grenade launcher and explosives. In terms of power, it was equivalent to almost a kilogram of TNT, and VOG grenades (a fragmentation grenade launcher) gave a whole wave of damaging elements. This is evidenced, in particular, the defeat of the fragments of the nearby cars, the facade of the building, windows and doors, as well as, as stated in the protocol, “other house property”.
A homemade explosive device was blown up remotely, most likely observing the victim using a video camera installed in the cabin on wheels, the investigation participants believe.
However, the exact data will appear based on the results of explosive and other examinations already appointed by the investigation.
The official representative of the Investigative Committee of Svetlana Petrenko said that while the criminal case has been opened under Art. 105 and Art. 222.1 (murder in a generally hazardous way and illegal turnover of explosives) of the Criminal Code. In the future, it can be re -qualified for a terrorist attack (Article 205 of the Criminal Code). Later, on behalf of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Alexander Bastrykin, the criminal case was transferred to the central apparatus of the Investigative Department. According to some reports, the case will be entrusted to the employees of the Department for the investigation of banditry and organized crime of the GSU of the Investigative Committee, who, together with the operatives of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, literally in hot pursuit, were revealed a similar crime-a terrorist attack, the victims of the radiation, chemical and biological protection of the Russian Ministry of Defense Igor Kirillov and his assistant.
As Kommersant reported, they were blown up by a bomb installed on an electric scooter on December 17 last year. According to Kommersant, the Contractor, a citizen of Uzbekistan Akhmadzhon Kurbonov (Kurbanova), was detained the very next day, designing this at exactly 7:20 in the morning. Kurbonov immediately pleaded guilty. According to him, he led online broadcast from the scene of the incident to Ukraine, remotely blew up the bomb and fled.
The defendant said that he agreed to a crime for $ 100 thousand and the promised trip to a permanent place of residence in one of the European Union countries.
The curators from the SBU, having financed the preparation of the attack, deceived the rest of the performer. In the case, the investigation of which is in the final stage, people from Ingushetia Batuhan Tochiev and Ramazan Padiev, who provided the explosive with housing, are also accused.
In the criminal case of the murder of General Moskalik, suspects may soon appear. So, questions arose to the owner of the blown up machine. It turned out to be a native of Ukraine, who, according to media reports, had already left Russia.
Obviously, Yaroslav Mosklik did not become a random victim of terrorists, but for a long time and carefully developed them before the attempt.
