How EP, Communist Party, LDPR and « New People » live
The Central Election Commission (CEC) published financial reports of political parties for 2024 and the first quarter of 2025. “United Russia” (EP) is still the only parliamentary force, the main source of income of which is not state support: almost two-thirds of the financial revenues of United Russia are donations and loans. The remaining Duma parties receive from the federal budget from 76% to 93% of revenues.
According to the results of 2024, 10.9 billion rubles were received in the YP accounts, it follows from the financial report published by the CEC. This is 2.6% more than a year earlier (10.6 billion rubles). The largest article of the income of United Russia is the donations – 4.5 billion rubles. (41.7%), despite the fact that over the year their volume decreased immediately by 504 million rubles. Revenues from the federal budget amounted to 4.3 billion rubles, or 39.1% of the total volume (recall, the party receives 152 rubles for each vote, which went to its list in the elections to the State Duma).
For comparison: in the structure of the “fair Russia – for truth” (SRZP), the federal budget funds are 76.2% (639 million out of 839 million rubles), the Communist Party – 84.4% (2.2 billion out of 2.6 billion rubles), LDPR – 89.4% (1.2 billion rubles), and “new people” – 93% – 93% – 93% – 93% (967 million of 1.04 billion rubles).
Last year, EP actively borrowed, and significantly more than in the one -year -old – 1.6 billion against 980 million rubles.
As in 2023, the United Russia was loaned by the funds for supporting regional cooperation and development, which simultaneously act as key donors of the party. As a rule, such schemes are used to finance election campaigns and support regional departments. Why EP needed such significant loans in 2024, at the time of preparation of the Kommersant material in the party itself did not explain. It should be noted that the Communist Party, the LDPR and the “new people” of borrowed funds did not attract at all, and the SRZP received only 17 million rubles from business representatives.
It is interesting that, according to party reports, the EP, LDPR and the “new people” in 2024 did not transfer money to charity. The Communist Party spent 24.5 million rubles for these purposes, and SRZP – 148 million rubles. (Read more about the expenses of parties – see schedule).
In the first quarter of 2025, a similar picture was observed: the Socialist -Revolutionaries managed to spend 70 million rubles on charity activities, the Communists – 11 million rubles, and the rest of the parliamentary parties have not yet carried such expenses.
For the first quarter of EP, almost 1.4 billion rubles have already received. donations, SRZP – 20 million rubles, and the Communist Party – 90 thousand rubles. The LDPR and the « new people » have not yet received donations, unlike a number of non -parliamentary parties.
So, the “Yabloko” donors transferred 41 million rubles, the Russian Renaissance Party – 11 million rubles. The “Communists of Russia” donated 5.4 million rubles, another 4.2 million rubles. Falled to the party of pensioners, 1.7 million rubles. Got the party « Homeland », 90 thousand rubles. The Cossack party received donations, 62 thousand rubles – “All -Russian People’s Union”, 60 thousand rubles – “Civil Platform”, 50 thousand rubles – a party of social protection and, finally, 22 thousand rubles – liquidated by the Ministry of Justice “Civil Initiative” (See “Kommersant” from May 17).
None of the parliamentary parties, except for the Communist Party, have no income from entrepreneurial activity in the first quarter. The Communists, according to the financial report, earned 355 thousand rubles.
Among the consumable articles of parties of one of the key, propaganda and advertising activities remains. In the first quarter, the EP has already spent 171 million rubles for these purposes, SRZP – 36 million rubles, the Communist Party – 29 million rubles, “new people” – 26 million rubles. and LDPR – 8.4 million rubles. Of the non -parliamentary parties, only “Yabloko” (456.5 thousand rubles), parties of pensioners (239.5 thousand rubles) and “green” (30 thousand rubles) have expenses for this article.
