Early elections in Sofia are already unthinkable
Terziev received such public legitimation after Borisov’s transport autodafe that the least possible attempts at his court removal or complete discredit already seem impossible without leading to a very serious civil-political opposition. The strategic opportunity to provoke partial local elections for mayor of Sofia seems to be completely wasted, which the GERB, BSP, ITN and MRFs to present people as an outlet, so that after the announcement of the decision or after Bulgaria’s entry into the euro area, there will be no national elections, but there will be no national elections. This option is no longer real, because the parties that raised the mayor but are not happy with his presentation, and the citizens who chose him with mixed feelings are already tightly tied to him by the end of his term. Because the question is no longer how much is Terziev, but « we or they ».
The recreated Terziev is obliged to grow politically
With this recharge Terziev gets a serious chance of starting to be much more. And to grow not only as an administrator but also as a politician. Despite his technocratic profile, he is already obliged to behave much more political to respond to civil capital reinvents and win serious battles on the capital.
The mayor must become a key political factor in order to be able to break the economic majority in the SOC and to create majority on important problems, organizing public support behind it. I need to present strategic solutions to manage a number of systems in the municipality and to achieve visible victories and results.
