Housing for a million – no luxury anymore?

– What is the story of these homes?

– The history of these houses is very colorful as the Žvėrynas is in one of the highest values. Everything was here – wooden huts, where the Roma people lived and cooked the drug business. After that in my hands, he, of course, revived, and now it is a dwelling adapted to the family. Of course, location is amazing.

– How much effort did you have to make these houses look like they are now?

– When you learn – you don’t go. It took about four months of intense work. There are few buyers who like to raise housing. People like to live comfortably and buy a thing where they can live.

– Is there a lot of less luxurious million worth of homes in Vilnius? How many of them are available to buy? Are they in demand? House for a million is not a luxury?

– It is not a luxury – it is a demanding wealth. In Vilnius city, there is little to buy for a million. Of course, there is a great need to buy in the high value zone – Žvėrynas, Antakalnis, Valakampiai, but good objects are simply uncommon. I suggest you not be fooled – if you see an ad portals for a million or one and a half million, it does not mean that it is the value of the property. The value of the asset is – for how much that item can be sold, and all ad portals are more of expectations portals – how much I would like to get for that item. We also kept old principles here in the dwelling – we have a porch, round handles, double doors. All of these things were reborn in a new one, but the principle of that ancient has been maintained.

– How can we describe a person, what would be a portrait that such houses would be suitable?

– Equally, family raising 2-3 children. Often there are lawyers – people who like quality and value it. It is not necessarily the pure residents of Vilnius – there are also coming from smaller cities. Unequivocally – this is not the first family housing, it is possibly second or third. Of course, those who appreciate quality, comfort, do not want to sit in the traffic jams every day and learn how to count their time and money.
