‘House made’ home in Mechelen is for sale: just under 500,000 euros for building of Ashley and Emiel

Last week they lost the final of ‘Huis Made’, now their house is already for sale. The Mechelse Ashley and Emiel had to make their thumbs for Soumaya and Eros from Haasdonk and had to give up their dream home. Now it is for sale at real estate agent ERA for no less than 499,000 euros.
Shortly after the final of the VTM program, fans started a crowdfunding, but it couldn’t help. So far only 2,900 euros has been raised. This makes the couple short a few hundred thousand euros to buy their dream home. The stagnation home in Mechelen is now offered for sale by ERA.
For 499,000 euros the house can now become yours. Those looking for a « house that combines creativity and living trends » can take their chance. On the ground floor you can find an entrance, living space, kitchen, dining room and a large garden with outdoor kitchen. The garden shed that stands there is obliged to purchase for 14,000 euros. The underlying parking space can then be purchased optionally for 25,000 euros.
On the first floor you will find another bathroom and two bedrooms. The second floor was converted by the couple into a bedroom that is divided into two by means of a cupboard wall.
Other buildings from the most recent season of ‘Huis Made’ have already been offered for sale. The building of Seppe and Axelle in Nieuwpoort, among others, and that of Mo and Iman in Lummen can be found online, both for 425,000 euros.
